Refund policy

All sales are final. i3Dprint Australia does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kevin@i3dprint.com.au with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right. Made to order items are printed specifically for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
